Snooki talks Jionni's Ashley Madison scandal

Snooki has some pretty solid reasons why her husband, Jionni LaValle, doesn't have an Ashley Madison account contrary to reports.

LaValle's email was used to sign up for an account with the site aimed at clients looking to have extramarital affairs, UsWeekly reported last week. However, it has not been confirmed that it was LaValle himself who signed up, and Snooki was quick to shoot down the allegations on Instagram.

The 27-year-old "Jersey Shore" star took to her "Naturally Nicole" podcast on Tuesday to further defend her husband from all the cheating allegations.

"I'm lucky if he knows how to even use a computer, yet go on Ashley Madison to cheat on me," she said candidly. "It's so stupid, and we honestly think, like, someone is trying to f--k with us because this isn't the first story that Jionni's been cheating on me. But all these stories never have evidence. There's never a photo, there's never text messages, there's nothing."

Snooki and Jionni have been married since last September, and have two children together -- 3-year-old Lorenzo and 11-month-old Giovanna. In January, she shot down an InTouch Weekly story in which a Florida woman claimed Jionni flirted with her while he was engaged to the reality star, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi. "My man ain't goin' nowhere #shady," she tweeted.

Another reason Jionni wouldn't go on Ashley Madison? According to Snooki, he's so good-looking that he would never need to go on a website to pay to cheat.

"If he wanted to cheat on me, he would go to a club and cheat on me, or go out and cheat on me," she explained. "He wouldn't go on Ashley Madison to pay money to cheat on me. Like, he's not an ugly guy. He's beautiful, do you know what I mean?"

"He would never do anything to ruin his family, and if he didn't want to be with me he would tell me," she added. "He's a straight-up guy."

As for people calling her for a hypocrite for her comments on a past Naturally Nicole podcast slamming Anna Duggar for continuing to stay with Josh Duggar after the "19 Kids and Counting" star's own Ashley Madison scandal, Snooki refused to take back her words.

"This is two totally different situations," she stressed. "The Duggar guy, he admitted to it. He had sex with other women behind his wife's back, and he's a child molester because he touched his sisters, so it's two totally different things between my husband and Josh Duggar. So, I'm not going to go back on my word and say that she [Anna Duggar] shouldn't leave him because she should."

Loretta Lynn, Luke Bryan, Eric Church and Alabama receive ACM honors

Miranda Lambert made her first television performance at last night's ACM Honors at the Ryman Auditorium.

The newly single singer honored Loretta Lynn by performing one of her more controversial songs about divorce, "Rated X."

"That was one that I sang and a lot of the disc jockeys banned because they thought it was going to be really bad," Lynn said as she received the Crystal Milestone Award for her 50-year country music career. "And as they listened to it, they thought, 'Hey, This is not as a bad as I thought it was.' So it was a big record for me.

Lynn also planted one on fellow singer Luke Bryan at the 9th annual ACM Honors. Bryan received the Gene Weed Special Achievement Award coming off a two-week ride atop the Billboard 200 chart with his new album, "Kill the Lights."

"I got a kiss from Loretta, so I am still pretty excited about that," Bryan said after getting a smooch from the coal miner's daughter while on the red carpet prior to the event.

"It's an amazing year," Bryan said. "I have been blessed that every year in my life for the past several years have been even bigger than the last. It's fun to come out and celebrate nights like this where even more important people in the industry get recognized."

Bryan, Lynn, Eric Church and the band Alabama were all honored by their peers at the special event in Nashville, Tennessee. The stars were celebrated with performances by Lambert, Jason Aldean and Kacey Musgraves.

Holly Williams, daughter of Hank Williams Jr., sang "Like Jesus Does" by Church, who received the Jim Reeves International Award, and Aldean performed a medley of Alabama songs. Alabama received the Career Achievement Award.

"I have covered a lot of Alabama songs over the years in the clubs, and they are one of the main reasons that I am in the music business and wanted to do this for a living," Aldean said.

Alyssa Milano reflects on how her life has changed

LOS ANGELES –  Alyssa Milano, who is best known for her roles on hit shows like "Who's the Boss?" and "Melrose Place," is keeping busy these days, balancing her acting career and her role as a mother to two young kids. 

This week Milano tweeted about her son’s birthday and reflected on her priorities. “Four years ago, Milo was born and all the heartache & pain of my past finally made sense. I love you, son. I'll teach you all that I have.”

She told FOX411 having children changed her outlook on life. 

“I would say that love that you feel is so profound that it is life altering, but it is like living with your heart outside of your body because you allow yourself to love so deeply you become so incredibly vulnerable, and with those vulnerabilities you are able to explore who are as a human.”

Milano said, as a mother, she was uncomfortable with some aspects of the MTV VMAs, which aired on Sunday night. 

“As a mom I would so love to have an award ceremony like the VMAs to watch with my kids because my son, who is 4, loves music so much, but obviously I don’t feel comfortable,” she said. “We saw a little of it because my husband was watching it for work purposes, my son says ‘why are there so many holes in [Miley Cyrus'] outfit?’ which I thought was amazing. So speaking of style, that’s her own personal style.”

The actress said today her style is primarily focused on being comfortable.

“I think that it’s important, especially as a mom, to be able to do everything you need to do in a day, feel good about yourself, look stylish but also express who you are as a human,” she said.  

Milano expressed her excitement in wanting beautiful things around the house, which is why she partnered with Viva paper towels to create a signature design. She said the paper towel line ended up being similar to her clothing line, Touch. 

“I feel like it falls into the thing I did with the clothing line, to which there is a market I think for wanting beautiful things,” she said. “And it doesn’t matter what that thing is and if you want it to represent who you are in your expression and your style, and paper towels, why wouldn’t anyone want something beautiful on their kitchen counter? I think it’s a beautiful way to have something super super functional but also adds a style.”

Right now Milano is focused on loving her family and living in the present.

“I think that to live in this time where we are able to express ourselves and be who we are, it’s just vital."

Actor Dylan Baker attempts to rescue neighbor before escaping Manhattan high-rise fire

Actor Dylan Baker tried to rescue an elderly neighbor before escaping a high-rise apartment fire in Manhattan.

It happened on the 33rd floor of a building on West 43rd Street just before 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Baker, who has a recurring TV role in "The Good Wife," told NBC New York he had just returned home when an alarm went off and he saw smoke coming from his neighbor's apartment.

He says he pounded on her door and called her name before opening the door and seeing flames everywhere. He says he shut the door and called 911 before hurrying his family out of the building.

Firefighters quickly put out the fire. The woman was hospitalized in critical condition.

Baker has also appeared in "Spider-Man 2" and "Spider-Man 3."

Will ‘Bachelor’ contestant Ashley Iaconetti really lose virginity on national TV?

Despite "Bachelor In Paradise" star Ashley Iaconetti saying she "may not be a virgin tomorrow" on this week's episode, TMZ reports the reality star is still holding out for Mr. Right.

"Tonight’s a huge night. I feel like it’s the turning point for my relationship with Jared,"Iaconetti said on Monday night's episode. "The Fantasy Suite usually goes along with thoughts of sex. I am physically attracted to Jared enough that I am fine with the thought of doing anything."

However, sources told TMZ producers fed Iaconetti lines about losing her virginity. According to the gossip site, her friends said she knows her virginity made her famous and she won't lose it on television.

The reality star penned an article in Cosmopolitan about the woes of dating as a virgin and being in the public eye.

"Some viewers complained that I brought up my virgin status too often — and that I was just doing it for attention. Let me point out the obvious: This is reality TV. Contractually, I'm not allowed to reveal much — but let's just say that, ironically, being a virgin becomes a salacious topic in the tabloids, and that benefits the show."

She also defended her sexy look which many fans say contradict her decision to wait for marriage.

"Maybe I don't fit the 'virgin stereotype'...I like showing off my figure," she wrote. "Twenty-six-year-old virgins are rare in today's society, so should there even be a stereotype to fit me into?"

Janice Dickinson collapses on 'Celebrity Big Brother UK' after bee sting

Janice Dickinson collapsed on "Celebrity Big Brother UK" after she was stung by a bee.

The model, who is allergic to insect bites, was stung in the Dairy Room live on Tuesday's broadcast. She can be seen talking to producers in a video obtained by TMZ asking for an EpiPen.

After showing a producer her swollen and purple hands, she said, "I don't want it to reach my heart." She started having trouble breathing and appeared to have a seizure before collapsing and falling off the chair.

TMZ reports Dickinson was taken to a hospital and returned to the house a few hours later. Sources told the gossip site Dickinson "almost died."

However, a rep for Dickinson told FOX411, "She's all good. Channel 5 got her to be looked after and she is back in the game and true to form in pure Janice Style!"

Reps for the show did not immediately return FOX411's request for comment.

Robert Redford, Nick Nolte's friendship shines through in 'A Walk in the Woods'

Based on the best-selling book by Bill Bryson, "A Walk in the Woods" was initially conceived by Robert Redford as a project that would reunite him onscreen with “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid” co-star Paul Newman. But when Newman became ill, Redford shelved the film because he couldn't imagine doing it with anyone else – until he worked with Nick Nolte on "The Company You Keep."

The two men struck up a friendship and Redford soon realized that Nolte was born to play the role of Stephen Katz, a long-lost friend of Bryson's, with whom he had some wild times.

"I remember WWII; Bob remembers WWII," Nolte says, by way of explaining the real-life bond between them that made the movie work, especially the humor. "I've been really thinking of this now that I'm in my solid 70s. It had an extreme effect on a lot of people… And so, that was a kind of an unwritten script going on between Bob and me. I think it's this WWII experience."

In "A Walk in the Woods," Bryson (Redford) decides that he wants to hike the Appalachian Trail. He is looking for one more adventure. Just because he's in his 70s, he doesn't feel as if his life should be over. But he can't find anyone to take the trek with until he hears from Katz, an old college buddy whom he had hasn't seen in 30 years, and with whom he has unfinished business.

"I just love the idea that a guy hit a certain point in his life and he said, 'I just have to do this thing.  I don't know why, I can't explain it, please don't ask me, but I just have to do it,'" Redford tells FOX411.

With that understanding of Bryson on which to build his character, Redford then asked the real Bryson to describe Katz, and Bryson replied, "Well, he was very smart, very daring, but he had an addictive personality." Redford admits to thinking, "Nick will be great."

To which Nolte laughing, says, "I can do that.  Not hard."

Even though Bryson never invited Katz on the journey -- Katz heard about it from a mutual friend -- he is eager to join the hike because he is avoiding legal problems back in Iowa and he has run out of luck when it comes to charming himself out of trouble. But he is overweight and too fond of the bottle to seriously tackle the 2200 miles of trail that stretch from Georgia to Maine. Still, that doesn't stop him from starting.

"Katz never had a job," says Nolte, who has growing up in Iowa in common with his character. "He didn't have a career. In the '60s, he got into the revolution and stayed revolutionary. Kind of a bum, I guess.  He didn't leave Iowa. I think that's what Katz is. He's sticking back in time. He brings that to his friend in a package that is a little confrontational, a little bit of nothingness, and a little bit of something."

Even though the actors didn't actually hike as many miles of the Appalachian Trail as it appears in the movie, nor did they camp out, but stayed in hotels, filming was challenging in more ways than one.

Nolte recalls, "We would drive maybe an hour to location, and there were camels, horses, and four-wheel drives, and Bob wanted to ride a horse. He's a horseman, he owns horses, he's a rider.  And they grabbed the reins and said, 'No, you can't have the reins, we have to lead you out there.' I got off the horse and walked up the hill, and rightly so.  But nobody would get on the camel."

"A Walk in the Woods," also starring Emma Thompson, Nick Offerman, Kristen Schaal  and Mary Steenburgen and directed by Ken Kwapis from a script by Rick Kerb and Bill Holderman, opens in theaters on Sept. 2.

Avril Lavigne announces separation from husband Chad Kroeger

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger are the latest celebrities to announce their split this summer.

The couple of two years announced on Instagram that they are separating.

"It is with a heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today," Lavigne wrote on Instagram alongside a picture from their wedding. "Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments. We are still and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other. To all our family, friends and fans, thank you sincerely for the support."

The pair married in July 2013. It is the second marriage for Lavigne who was previously married to singer Deryck Whibley.

Dean Jones, boyish Disney star, dies at 84

LOS ANGELES –  Dean Jones, whose boyish good looks and all-American manner made him Disney's favorite young actor for such lighthearted films as "That Darn Cat!" and "The Love Bug," has died of Parkinson's disease. He was 84.

He died Monday in Los Angeles, Jones' publicist Richard Hoffman said Wednesday.

Jones' long association with The Walt Disney Co. began after he received an unexpected call from Walt Disney himself, who praised his work on the TV show "Ensign O'Toole," noting it had "some good closing sequences." Jones, himself a former Navy man, played the title role in the 1962 sitcom.

Jones puzzled over Disney's remark until it occurred to him that "Ensign O'Toole" preceded Disney's own Sunday night show on NBC, and he realized Disney probably only watched each episode's ending.

Two years later, Jones heard from Disney again, calling this time to offer him a role in "That Darn Cat!" opposite ingénue Hayley Mills. His FBI agent Zeke Kelso follows a crime-solving cat that leads him to a pair of bank robbers.

Released in 1965, it would the first of 10 Disney films Jones would make, most of them in the supernatural vein.

"I see something in them that is pure form. Just entertainment. No preaching," he told the Los Angeles Times. "We're always looking for social significance but maybe people just like to be entertained."

"The Love Bug" (1969) was the most successful of the genre, with Jones playing a struggling race-driver who acquires a Volkswagen that wins races for him. The Bug, named Herbie, has hidden human traits, and when it feels unappreciated it disappears. Jones must rescue Herbie from the hands of his nefarious rival and issue the car an apology before it wins the big race for him.

After "The Love Bug," Jones returned to the stage, winning the lead role of Robert in "Company," Stephen Sondheim's now-classic musical about marital angst, Manhattan-style. He withdrew from the 1970 production after a short time, citing family problems, but he is heard on the Grammy-winning Broadway cast album.

He had actually started his career as a singer before going on to appear in a string of mostly forgettable films throughout the 1950s. A notable exception was 1957's "Jailhouse Rock," one of Elvis Presley's best-remembered vehicles, in which Jones had a small role as a disc jockey.

In 1960, Jones made his Broadway debut with Jane Fonda in "There Was a Little Girl," playing Fonda's boyfriend in a short-lived drama about the rape of a young woman.

He had better luck on Broadway later in 1960, when he appeared in the hit comedy "Under the Yum Yum Tree." Sparring with Gig Young, who played a comically wolfish character, Jones had "the right blend of sturdiness and lightness," The New York Times wrote.

He returned to Hollywood to make the film version of "Under the Yum Yum Tree" and to star in television's "Ensign O'Toole" from 1962 to 1964. He also reteamed with Fonda for the film version of a racy stage comedy, "Any Wednesday."

It was in Disney's gentle family comedies, however, that Jones truly hit his stride. Walt Disney himself died in 1966, but the studio and its style of film lived on.

In "Monkeys, Go Home," Jones tried to teach four monkeys to pick grapes at a French vineyard he inherited. In "Million Dollar Duck," he was a scientist with a duck that began laying golden eggs after being doused with radiation.

He returned to the Disney studio in 1977 for one more film, "Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo."

Twenty years later, he had smaller parts in the remake of "That Darn Cat" and the TV version of "The Love Bug."

He worked regularly into his 70s, appearing often on TV and in films. His later credits included "St. John in Exile," ''Beethoven" and "Other People's Money."
